Place your non-refundable deposit on a whole beef and you’ll be signed up for our next harvest date! Choose between 100% grass finishing or all-natural grain finishing. Once your deposit is placed, we’ll contact you to schedule a harvest date. After your beef is harvested, we’ll put you in contact with our local butcher to customize your packages of beef. You’ll be able to choose how thick your steaks are cut, the size of your roast, bone-in versus bone-out, ect. All processing fees are paid directly to the butcher shop by the harvest share customer.
