Advanced reservations required. Beef will be dry aged, cut and wrapped per your instructions. Processing fees are paid directly to butcher by customer.
When you are ready to reserve your beef share, please place your deposit below! We will get you on the books for our next available butcher and email you with a harvest date. Our 2026 beef shares will be processed by The Meating Place in Hillsboro. After your beef is harvested, we will put you in contact with the butcher to provide your custom cut and wrap instructions. Butcher fees are paid directly to the butcher shop by customer. Grass finished beef will be processed in June. Grain finished beef will be processed in September.
