When you are ready to reserve your beef share, please place your deposit below! We will get you on the books for our next available butcher and email you with a harvest date. Our 2026 beef shares will be processed by The Meating Place in Hillsboro. After your beef is harvested, we will put you in contact with the butcher to provide your custom cut and wrap instructions. Butcher fees are paid directly to the butcher shop by customer. Grass finished beef will be processed in June. Grain finished beef will be processed in September.

Once your deposit is processed, we will contact you to confirm your order. We will get you on the books for our next available butcher and email you with a harvest date!
We are glad you asked! Purchasing a harvest share from your local farmer is an investment. We never want our customers to be caught off guard by how much purchasing a quarter, half or whole will cost, so we’ve done the math for you! Please note the breakdown below is based on AVERAGE hanging weights and an assumed 60% boxed yield. Each animal is different and therefore the final cost per pound will differ based on that individual animal’s composition, weight and how you elect to have your beef cut and wrapped. The “due to farm” amount is what you will pay us, less your holding deposit. All of the other processing fees are paid directly to The Meating Place when you pickup your boxed beef from their shop.
Buying direct from our farm is an investment in your family’s health and wellness, as well as a vote with your dollar for local, sustainable and ethical farming practices.
